Mr. Cook is a Geologist (BSc (Applied Geology)) and a Mineral Economist (MSc (Min. Econ)), MAusIMM with over 30 years of experience in the field of exploration, project, operational and corporate management of mining companies. During the past three years he has served as director of Metals X Limited, Pantoro Limited, Mongolian Resource Corporation Limited and Aziana Limited. He is a past winner of the GMJ Mining Executive of the year in 2001 and Asia - Mining Executive of the year in 2015, awarded at the Mines and Money Conference in Hong Kong in 2015.

Ms Van Maanen is a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. Mrs Van Maanen has significant experience in accounting  and financial management in the mining and resources industry.

Mr Schwann (Assoc. in Applied Geology, FAusIMM (25 years), FAIG, MSEG) is highly experienced internationally recognised geologist and mining executive. Mr Schwann has broad experience across multiple commodities with vast capability as well as significant operational management. Mr Schwann is also a director of Aruma Investment PTY LTD. 

Wayne is an experienced mining executive with a vast resume of operational and corporate experience in different commodities spanning nearly 3 decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Extractive Metallurgy (Murdoch 1991), a Graduate of Diploma in Business Studies (Curtin 1996) and has a Master of Science Degree in Mineral Economics (Curtin/WASM 1995).
